Isaac Nseobong Akpan stated that he was born in a community called Eka Nnung Ukim in Mkpat Enin Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State on Sunday, 29th September, 2002.

He explained that as he grew up, he discovered that his biological father had rejected him. However, according to him, the Almighty God, the Everlasting Father and the Father of fathers, mysteriously connected his mother, Susana Nseobong Gilbert, to a God-fearing and wonderful man, Nseobong Gilbert Paul, whom he came to appreciate as his father. He affirmed that from that point onward, he regarded and would always regard him as his father.

He further narrated that by the grace of God, both parents raised him in the fear of God, which he believed had greatly shaped who he had become.

He mentioned that he was a Computer Engineering student at the University of Uyo, in Uyo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Nevertheless, he emphasized that since the call of God had now come to him, he had no choice but to answer the call before it became too late.
